I work exclusively on the basis of demonstrable results. No results means no costs. That is the core of working with me.

Performance guarantee – Pay for performance

I use a pay-for-performance model. You only pay for no-shows that were actually prevented.

  • No no-shows prevented = no invoice.
  • Payment only takes place after demonstrable results. You pay after a full month.
  • All results are transparent and verifiable.

Your organisation only pays when the agreed results are demonstrably achieved. Invoices are issued afterwards, so there are no upfront fees.

This results-based model reflects the outcomes achieved in previous projects. We assess the potential business case for your organisation before work begins.

90-day results guarantee

Within 90 days of the first invoice, you can decide that the collaboration does not meet your expectations.

  • You receive a full refund of amounts paid within this period.
  • The guarantee applies without any further obligations.
  • I only ask for a short explanation so I can improve my service.

I am convinced my approach delivers results. Should that unexpectedly not be the case, I take responsibility and make sure you get a full refund.

Please include:

  • Name of the organisation
  • Date of the first invoice
  • A short explanation

I confirm receipt within 5 business days and handle the request with care.
